Booking: A $30 deposit is required per appointment. This deposit goes towards your service and the balance is due once the service has been completed. Cancellations: This deposit is non refundable. Appointment cancellation = forfeiture of your deposit. I urge you to *reschedule* instead! Rescheduling: You may reschedule only once with an existing deposit. Rescheduled appointment must be no more than 2 weeks from original appointment date or the deposit will not apply and a new appointment required. Ex: original appt- Jan 1st Rescheduled appt- must be on or before Jan 15th ~ if a later date is needed a new appt will need to be booked. To reschedule- Reach out by texting 2109005668- (You are responsible for finding a spot that works for you so that I know where to move you) Communication is key! I would rather reschedule than cancel so please notify me of any changes asap to avoid losing your deposit. Illness: If you are feeling under the weather- PLEASE contact me immediately to reschedule.* I am immunocompromised and do my absolute best to keep the studio as germ free as I can to prevent spreading illness. In addition- I have a small child at home. Do Not Come in if you are SICK! *Cancellation policy applies only if you have rescheduled that appointment once before. I understand things happen- however- rescheduling more than once = forfeiture of deposit. Only make appts you know you can keep! More than 2 consecutive cancellations will result in a booking ban. *extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis. No call/ no shows: No call= arriving more than 20 minutes past your appointment time without reaching out. No show= not arriving at all. A no call/ no show will be charged 100% of booked services and banned from future booking. Appointment times: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive early, please come in, have a seat, look at colors, make a coffee, or have a snack. (Wash hands after of course) Appointment times are 9am- 12pm- and 3pm If an appointment is made outside of these times- it may be adjusted to the nearest available slot. Studio Policies: For the safety of all- children are not welcome in the studio unless being serviced. Minors must have a parent or guardian present. We love our fur babies but please for their safety ~ leave them at home. Service dogs are welcome! Handwashing is so very important in my line of work. I hold hands with everyone. Be sure to stop by the restroom sink on your way to the studio! Facts- •80% of common infections are spread by touch. •Most bacteria on our hands is on the fingertips and under the nails. That # doubles after using the bathroom. •Damp hands are 1000x more likely to spread bacteria than dry hands. Absentmind distractions can cause painful accidents! Please keep your hands on the table during your service.
